Job: Sous Chef, Fulltime
You already know what you should be doing as a sous? Yeah, we assumed so. Are we still going to list all the tasks and responsibilities because our HR person said we had to? Yes… Yes, we will.
We’re NEXT. And just like the people who visit us, we’re hard to label. We are not a bar, a grand café, a restaurant, a lounge, or a coffee place. We’re none of that, yet we’re all the above. All day and every day. We know how to party like they do in New York. We got an edge like the Londoners. We found culinary inspiration all over the world. But we’re a true Amsterdammer.
